As a research suggested,"good sleep could be promoted by the removal of
gadget distractions from the kid's bedrooms and restricting their
use."The link between short sleep duration and obesity:we should
recommend more sleep to prevent obesity.As i know, fat kids linked to
lack of sleep.But I am always craming for exam .Thus ,what should I do
?It is mind boggling ,isnt it?
