I was wondering if there is any single phase line in the PSIM library like the one in MATLAB (Distributed parameter line or PI section)?
I actually could find just three phase AC cables but not single phase! Can we use these three phase cables as a single phase one? if yes How?
Thanks a lot.
It seems that PSIM library does not have a single phase distributed parameter line. You may be able to use the three phase AC cables as a single phase one by connecting only one phase, but this may not be ideal for simulation purposes. It is recommended to contact PSIM support for further assistance on this matter.
To use the UC3844 IC in your circuit, you need to follow the manufacturer's datasheet for the IC, which provides information on its pinout, electrical characteristics, and application circuit examples. You can design and implement your circuit according to the specifications provided by the IC manufacturer.
It seems like the Solar Module option in the PSIM utilities might be blocked or unselectable. It is difficult to determine the exact reason without further information. It is recommended to reach out to the PSIM support team or refer to the program's documentation for troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
The timer settings and configuration is explain in the Output Instruction Menu. To access this information, go to the installation folder of PSIM, and click on doc folder. locate the Index file then launch it. It whole page is like a user guide. Browse through examples to find out how to set the timer for input and output modes.
I want to use an infinite while in c block but when I use for example while(1) and run the simulation result doesn't appear in screen at all (even after 10 hours). What's the problem then? Why the stored data wipes out when I use a variable like an array? I'm waiting for your answer.
You can get an overview about the basic C block data study using the link posted below. The problem is that no one encountered this issue, therefore it's impossible to provide suggestions about your inquiry.
From what it seems, the solar panel is not connected properly across boost converter. Since there isn't a guide or tutorial to help you connect properly the solar panel, I recommend you contact the developers and ask for instructions. You can get in touch with them using the Contact Us page.
Hi,
I've installed PSIM V11.1.7_Demo for free. for some examples that I'm trying to run, I receive this error "The number of elements in the circuit has exceeded the limit. You need the PSIM professional version to save or simulate this circuit".
Is there any free version which doesn't have this problem?
Thanks in advance
Guys I have been worrying about the esim transfer stuff for a few days until today I got my new iPhone 14 Pro and set up the network. I was using an iPhone 12 that comes with only psim and my service was working on that psim. If anyone is having similar case, which is having a psim and trying to transfer it to esim on a new phone, here is how I made it work.
First, get your new phone download the Visible app, log in, and in the app, it would show an option that calls transfer your sim to esim. Now follow the instructions on the app on your new phone and it will text you for the one-time validation code. (To your email address and your psim installed phone). And simply just follow all the other steps, wait for a while (it could be long or short), and the setup page of the esim on the iPhone will automatically pop up.
I actually quit the Visible app while it says stay on this page and wait for some time, and I restarted the app for the esim process, it says you have already started the transfer section. I quit again and wait for a few more minutes and restarted. This time it pops up with "keep going from where you left" and I easily setup the esim service after this showed up. Everything after that was simple and quick. esim setup succeeded and texts and phones works well.
That sounds great, but, for some reason, I cannot locate where it gives me the option to "transfer your sim to esim". The visible website states that I should be able to open the app on my 14, scroll down on their home page and see a link. It doesn't seem to be there...
I don't get the option to transfer sim in app. I've been waiting for hours for someone to come on chat and they are totally unresponsive on chat, twitter, messenger. On chat I got to next in line then the chat suddenly ended and I had to start over. I am so frustrated with the poor customer service that I'm about to just go back to ATT. You get what you pay for. This poor level of customer service is totally unacceptable.
I've talked to pm support, they kept saying was my phone compatible with esim, and I told them many time the phone was iphone 14 pro max Canada version. They also asked if I got a qr code email, and I did not.
My phone was out of service for 1 day and I got a few messages from pm cs support which none of them helped. I see the message on the app when I logged back in saying I got a esim and I need to install it. Clicking install resulted in" Oops, installation failed contact cs support."
It's finally done!
I received a message from Andu CS_Agent.
He activiated my sim card and sent me a qr code.
I scan it and it works flawlessly, it's great to be back online.
Hope this helps anyone who's had this issue, just ask for a qr code.
Did you ask to escalate and ended up with Andu? He is a more senior agent who has been here a while. If that was what finally worked for you then I guess htidegnow was the first to mention that.
Or did you just keep asking and finally Andu showed up?
Hello @Jakezxcxz , I can appreciate how this customer service response can be most frustrating. From personal experience, a Customer Support Agent was able to send me an eSIM QR code via Community private message. Try composing a brand new message to CS_Agent, and explain simply that you had an active physical SIM, purchased an eSIM, have a compatible device but activation failed. Let them know that you never received the QR by email, and would like for them to re-issue your eSIM and send the QR by private message. Once you receive the QR, you will need to access it from another device or PC so that you can scan it with the phone requiring activation. You have 3 tries to install a new eSIM from QR code before requiring Customer Support assistance.
"you've recently purchased an eSIM, but it looks like it hasnt been installed on your phone yet. If you need to scan a code for instllation, you can log in thru a browser on a desktop/laptop." Install Now
I know nothing about installing esims but I don't suppose you saw a qr code logging in on a desktop? If so then maybe point the camera at it and then tap that Install Now button. Maybe it wants to be looking at a qr code.
I was one of the 1st here to install an eSIM on my phone when it was offered to existing Customers (switching from a SIM Card) Here is the exact instructions below that I did when I switched from a SIM Card on my iPhone 14 Pro to purchasing & installing the eSIM on it!
The only way to trigger it manually so to speak is by scanning the QR code associated with the eSIM. On new activations, there's an email that goes out to the customer and it has the QR code included, and we have a system-generated memo that also has the QR code. Unfortunately for transitions from pSIM to eSIM, we don't have that type of memo on the account...
Hi, it's iphone14pm. I haven't activated an esim on this phone before.
The payment transcation went thru but the popup esim window on iphone said "failed" after I purchased esim on the public mobile app.I dont see prompt on the app after I get back in, is there a way to trigger it manually?or maybe a qr code to setup?
I am an existing customer, I switched from sim to esim. The phone is iphone 14 pro max that I bought last year in Canada. I do not have qr code because I am an existing customer trying to switch to esim. I have not got any email from pm that contains a qr code.
