Hello.

On bug tracker i see that version 1.0 released, but from site only
0.99991 version can be downloaded.

Is this project dead?

Hello- The bug tracker issues for 1.0 are intended for that release. 1.0 hasn't been released in consumer form as of yet, and LittleShoot is being used much more as a platform for other tools at this point -- so the p2p core is used as a the basis for a number of other tools. There will be more consumer-oriented releases including all the most recent changes, but the exact timeline for those is still undetermined.
