"Could not load" plugin errors on OS X

Have tried with both Safari and Chrome. Where are the log files? What should i try?

Are you running on Mountain Lion or what version of OSX?

I'm having the same problem with both Safari and Chrome on Lion.

Apologies for the delay, Geoff, but you should actually be able to fix this problem by doing the following:

1) Open Terminal

2) Type:

sudo mkdir /Library/Logs/LittleShoot

followed by return.

It should hopefully then load successfully in your browser.
