Littlegolem has been "temporarily unavailable" since 9:10 or so in the
morning. Pls confirm.

Likewise, I haven't been able to access LG since sometime this morning
(GMT-6 time zone), either, but I didn't note the time. As Michael X
mentioned, the site DOES respond to ping, but that only means that the
machine is running and is communicating at a very low layer of the
protocol stack. The problems could he higher up on the stack, or it
could be that Apache has died. All we can do is to wait. :(

Oh, I meant it's been temporarily available since 9:10 GMT+1 (CET).
That is, for more than ten hours.

Of course when it works again, no one needs a google group any more.

Just a nice side effect I learnt:

http://server3.solutions.cz is absolutely equivalent to http://www.littlegolem.net
(until Richard hires a different provider)

Any other related address e.g. (my browser home page)

works as well.
