I have experience with chef-solo, but I'm new to littlechef.
Littlechef will install chef, create needed local directories and
accurate solo.rb. I then get an error saying it can't find my
cookbook (only using one for testing here). When I look at the local
directory, indeed the cookbook is not there like the tarball wasn't
copied over.

Any ideas. Thanks in advance.

It helps if rsync _works_. Sorry for the spam.

Launch of "rsync" failed: the PowerPC architecture is no longer
supported.

OK, so because LittleChef relies on rsync, it won't work on PowerPC. A pity!

Do you have a different computer to try it on?

I just needed to update my bash_profile. I guess I still have the old
files still on my system. I'm working now. Thanks.
