Packaging littlechef for debian

Hi all,
with today's release of littlechef 1.0 I decided to put some more
efforts into creating a debian package of littlechef.
It's currently work in progress, but you can check the current state
in a gist at [0]. I will also try to get it into debian ASAP, I just
need a debian developer to sponsor this package.

For the record, the ITP bug for debian is a [0]
