Not fond of the painting itself but I do enjoy the bird...colours and they have HUGE wading feet, I messaging flick of a white tail, they like to meander the roadsides in NZ and lucky us have a large family visiting near the house to spy on the chooks every morning. We don't want them to get too tame though....they are shot frequently by philistines and monsters...just for the fun of it! Grrrrrrrr.....mmmm me big hunter...so evolution has come to this?
