Marvel Comics Celebrates Disability Pride Month with New Stories and Variant Covers Spotlighting Misty Knight Daredevil and More -This July, issues of 'Amazing Spider-Man,' 'Uncanny X-Men,' 'Fantastic Four,' and 'Wolverine' will feature special Disability Pride backup stories by Marieke Nijkamp and Andrea Di Vito, as well as Disability Pride Variant Covers by superstar artists.

In this Capstone, 'The Coming Wave: Aging, Intellectual Disabilities, and Dementia Care', Kathryn Pears of NTG shares challenges, insights, and tools to better support our aging community with intellectual disabilities and dementia.

Students in grades 9-12 can attend Montclair Film's summer filmmaking session, scheduled from Aug. 3-7 and Aug. 10-14. Attendees will learn how to make a film, edit with Adobe Premiere Pro, and use a camera. Registration is required.

Youth entering grades 7-9 can register for First Draft Academy's sports writing or arts writing programs, both scheduled to start Jul. 6 at Montclair State University. It meets Mondays through Thursdays until Jul. 23. Participants will work on projects, go on field trips, and interview professionals. Registration is required.
