Changed the group to fully moderated

I've changed the group to fully moderated. That means that all
messages will go though me before they're posted.

I promise to use this ONLY to kill spam messages. Rest assured that
all legitimate messages -- that is, those dealing with the subject
matter of this group -- will be promptly posted without edits of any
