Folks,

I recently purchased A-1000 1924 Republican and Democratic Platforms.
I paid five times my usual $1.00 maximum for a single LBB title, but
it seldom comes up for sale and I really wanted it. The odd thing is t
he number -- not "1000" but A-1000" on the cover and title page.

Why the "A"? is there B-1000?

There's no B. The replacement title The Wonders of Radium just has 1000 on it.

No idea as to why they put an A on it.
