My variation #2 email appears to have got lost in cyberspace.
This is a very simple one and I don't think there are many with these
features. It is dated on the front which saves argument about dating
and is reminiscent of the ealier design such as Style 9. Interesting
that EHJ finishes with a design that recalls the past!
