This e-mail will attemt to show that there are two (at least). The
types descibed are intermediate between styles 10 & 13.

Style: 10
Major Identifiers: Little Blue Book, editor, large series number,
publisher credit removed
In Use: 1924 - 1939 (likely)
Colors: blue only (other apparent colors are faded)

Style: 13
Major Identifiers: Little Blue Book, large series number, editor,
union label, publisher credit removed
In Use: starting in 1940 (likely)
Colors: blue, yellow, orange, white

Notice that style 10 has the book number large but in bold print and
style 13 has the book number large but in fine print.

The three examples (perhaps separate styles) all have the book number
large but in fine print.
In all three cases the author is included in upper case, but in large
, medium or small capital letters. In #1752 there is a printing error
where SAMUEL is spelled SAMUEI.

The three cases are attached #1740, #1748, and #1752.
