The2024 CrossFit Semifinals kick off today with the Asia and Europe regions. Athletes will take the floor first in Busan, South Korea, for the Asia Semifinal. A few hours later from Lyon, France, the Europe Semifinal gets underway.

Thanks to the new methodology in calculating the qualifying spots to the CrossFit Games this season, the Asia women picked up an additional spot this year. However, with only 30 teams at the Games, Asia will only send one team to Ft. Worth, Texas. Here are how many will advance out of Asia.

While the Europe Semifinal is hosted by the French Throwdown, CrossFit is hosting the livestream. As we shared earlier this week, the first day of competition will be on the CrossFit Podcast YouTube channel, not the main CrossFit Games channel.

Viewing options for sporting events don't get much simpler than this. We've shopped around to help you find the best streaming options for a spot of world-class ping pong for the next few weeks. Check out the box below for everything you need on how to watch the official ITTF World Team Table Tennis Championships live streams straight from the arena in Busan, South Korea.

The easiest, no-fuss option is over on YouTube, where you'll find multiple feeds for various tables simultaneously. We've checked in from a few locations and haven't been blocked yet, but if your country is blocking you from enjoying the free live stream, we can help you out.

Also, seeing as the YouTube matches don't seem to have commentary, it can lack a bit of flair. However, some countries' TV channels have their own dedicated Table Tennis World Championship live streams with commentary. The downside is that not as many tables are covered. Some will hop around between matches and have discussions between matches to keep things interesting, though.

If you're not in one of the countries listed below or can't access the free YouTube options, we'll show you how to use a VPN (virtual private network) to get around it. Setting one up is super simple, will unlock global streaming options, and greatly improves your privacy and online security across your devices. You can also use it for more live streaming throughout the year.

A VPN is the best way to get around geo-restrictions if you're not in one of the countries listed above, with access to a free Table Tennis World Championship live stream today. A VPN lets your device appear to be in a different country and offers excellent privacy options for your phone, laptop, streaming devices, and more at home or on public WiFi.

To watch the table tennis, simply switch it to an applicable country (like the UK for YouTube, or Australia for the SBS service), then tune in via one of the links above - you'll need to create a free account for SBS by the way.

Note: The use of VPNs is illegal in certain countries, and using VPNs to access region-locked streaming content might constitute a breach of the terms of use for certain services. Insider does not endorse or condone the illegal use of VPNs.

As per the Busan Metropolitan Police, the victim in his 50s was fatally stabbed while livestreaming on YouTube to his approximately 4,000 subscribers during a visit to the Busan District Court for a legal trial.

His final post notified followers of his arrest in Gyeongju, expressing regret "for not being able to see the ocean" and gratitude to his subscribers.

It was really a great time even though it happened virtually to experienced the preserved and majestic place of Gyeongju. A historical place in a modern time, very informative and interactive guide also. Thanks a bunch to the team! ^^

Wow!!! Just an amazing opportunity to travel online in one of the different cities in South Korea.

I partecipated to the Gyeongju online tour. 3 adjective to descibe it : Historical, Beautiful, Intresting.

It was praerecorded tour but the guide was explaing everything during the live. Starting a little bit from the history of the city to understand later all the important monument of this city. Full of recomendations of places that we should visit when one day we will go in person. Even places where we can stop for lunch or dinner and also typical sweets of that area.

I went for the Busan live-streaming tour with our live streaming tour guide Sunny. My tour started at 7.30 am Singapore time, as I could only make it on that day. Although it was rather early in the morning, I was able to go to work right after my tour. How amazing is that!

The tour has a mixture of presentation and pre-recorded video of the tour with information from the history, to popular places to eat, shop and visit. It feels like a tour that people planning to visit Korea would like to join to know more prior to their trip.
