only pencil is working by default and no tool icon is clickable

I have implemented LiterallyCanvas in Angular 9 existing project. But only Pencil is working by default and I am not able to click any of the icons on the screen.

But when I created new angular project and implemented LiterallyCanvas there, it is working as expected.

can any configuration/npm package lead to this behavior?
