I placed an order on deepsouthchems.TK and they use lite.cash as their BTC service.
I placed my order, got directed to cash.lite to transfer my BTC.
I paid the order, and it says "Status:closed" on the cash.lite transaction. When I go to deepsouthchems website, the order status is "not paid". I contacted their team and even though lite.cash says "Order paid" they did not receive any payment on their end from litecash, so their suggestion was to contact lite.cash and see what the problem is or get a refund. It's been 3 days and no payment has been refunded.
An admin from LITEcash (named Dmitry Ermilaev) has replied back to my email, claiming that the bitcoins should have been returned to my account. However, my Bitcoin wallet company (CoinCafe) state they have definitely not received anything yet.
I am presently trying to email Dmitry and this LITEcash admin support with my exact Bitcoin address. Perhaps, they returned it to an incorrect address?... I don't know.
I'll keep this thread updated when I receive further info (or when LITEcash replies back to my new message inquiry).
I am still waiting for my bitcoins to be returned, but Dmitry has emailed me back. I think he is telling me to keep waiting, because they are still updating? (there's a bit of a language communication challenge between us). So for now, I'll keep waiting and I'll keep this thread updated (if I were you, I'd probably hold off on depending on this site, for now... I guess I'm a little skeptical, but we shall see).

Well, it's been more than a month. There has still not been any return of my bitcoin money.
