Iatrophobia?

[Giskin Day]

I have a student researching iatrophobia, or fear of going to the
doctor. Does anyone know of any humanities resources for this topic?
Literature, film, art, poetry... all suggestions welcome.

There is a great passage in Richard Selzer's Book, "The Exact Location
of the Soul", in the Chapter "The Knife" regarding the fear patients
harbor about a trip to the operating room...
