According to their FAQs  fIgbox allow early career researchers and junior scholars the ability support each other through the exchange of feedback, academic content, etc in the following categories:

• Feedback on working paper
  
• Feedback on working thesis
• Replying to referee reviews from journal

In exchange early career researchers:

• Increase their mentorship/ peer-review experience
