Subject: [Litmed] AMSA Medical Humanities Institute this February!

Hello Litmed members,

Please make your students aware of this amazing AMSA opportunity!

The Medical Humanities institute is a 3-day workshop this February, 2014 held at the AMSA office in Sterling, VA (outside DC). It is for pre-med, medical, and allied health students, as well as MFA, bioethics, and students of related fields. The only requirement is becoming an AMSA member if they are not already (free for medical students, nominal fee for premed and other students). We will have expert speakers in the field and welcome your suggestions as well, as we are in the planning stages.

Here is the information: http://www.amsa.org/AMSA/Homepage/EducationCareerDevelopment/AMSAAcademy/MHI.aspx

Thank you and please post/email/tweet widely!
best,
aliye
