UPDATE: Current listo status

since the last status update was already quite some time ago, here is
a current one:
listo is not dead.
However, Tom and I have recently been presented with two large new
commercial project offerings, which we simply had to take.
Unfortunately this means the work on the new listo version has had to
be postponed once again and is currently on hold until further notice.
The reason for this is not a lack of interest in the project, it is
simply a lack of resources.
We do not want to abandon listo since we still strongly believe that,
even though there is a lot of personal task management software out
there, nothing really does the job right.
Momentarily we do not know when we will be able to pick up the work
again.
Since we are still committed to our original plan to open-source all
the client sources we are inviting everyone, who would be willing to
help with the Java development, to contact us.
Maybe with some outside help we can assemble the necessary resources
to continue development earlier than otherwise possible.
