Deleting old podcasts

Is there a way to delete podcasts once i have listened to them? Ive been using this app for almost a year and i have hundreds of listened to podcasts that i want to get rid of. Every once in awhile the app will refresh ALL of them leaving me with hundreds of podcasts to mark as listened again.
