You would have to pay for any cost for shipping, as that’s the way warranty works.
I guess this is where you an issue? You don’t want to pay for shipping?
I need the original receipt and can you send me some pictures also of the crack and the complete bike, with serial #.
I hope that this gets resolved for you asap, as the weather is good for biking.

My name is P...., I live in France and own three cove frames, two stiffees and one hummer. I'm on an issue with the hummer frame (frame serial number : DC.....) , and see no solution to it. I firmly hope to find one with you.
I have bought my hummer frame from a friend , who bought it directly from the french importer and distributor for France, Mr T..My friend couldn't give me the original invoice, whether the importer did not give him any or he lost it, he couldn't remember. But for him, this wasn't an issue at all since possible problems would be arranged with Mr T....
A month ago, I discovered a crack on the frame. At first contact, Mr T..... once assessed for taking the frame repair in charge. As he forced me to pay all the shipping costs to Canada, we could not get to any arrangement. I was inclined to pay shipping costs in France (to the importer office) but not from France to Canada. So he finally refused to take the frame under guarantee.
This issue doesn't change my point of view on the quality of cove products and resellers -I think good-, but for now it is quite bothering me. Is a repair possible under guarantee? What solution can you bring to my problem?

C'est juste pour réponde à PP, je ne sais pas s'il est sur le forum.
J'ai relancé Chainreaction, ils ont demandé des nouvelles au fournisseur il y a peu, ils annoncent un retour dans les 10 jours. Je ne sais pas ou il est, UK, USA ou Canada, mais il arrive.
6 mois quand même déjà, le temps de contacter le premier acheteur, CRC, UPS etc...
Ca calme. Vive l'acier francais.
