Hi!
Autopackage packages are simply bash scripts with some binary code, which
makes them run nearly everywhere.
Listaller 0.3a supports removal of Autopackage-Software and embedded
Autopackage packages. Complete legacy support for the old Autopackages in
Listaller 0.4b is discussed at time.
(There are some more important things to do in Listaller 0.4b at time,
like full PackageKit integration and the new IPK specs, but full
Autopackage support should be trivial to implement)
