Reporting your DC Experience back Home

Pardon the commercial plug (and the cross post), but I think this is a great
service for attendees at the DC college media show.

When I was in school, I remember being horribly jealous of the folks who
were going to the CMA/ACP College Media Convention in Washington DC this
week. There were so many interesting and informative sessions that would've
been great for our entire staff, but obviously our entire staff couldn't go
(a trip from Oregon to DC isn't cheap).

So when I had the opportunity to go to the show as an exhibitor with ispi, I
thought that it would be great for people at the show (students and
advisors) to be able to report back what they've learned, random thoughts,
ideas, notes, and awards that have been won, all in real-time (as soon as
it's written, it's published). Kind of a live "play by play" of the fair, if
you will.

The folks at ispi have made this possible. Using the easy to use Vnews
system, attendees of the show will be able post stories, thoughts, notes
from the field, and anything else they feel would be beneficial or
informative for the people who had to stay home from the trip.

The site is scheduled to be live on the Web at
http://cmaconvention.ispi.net. Please let your students know the address so
they can read notes from the show from students from around the country.

So come visit us at booth #00CF123 on the exhibitor floor to learn more
about Vnews and to send your notes to the ones who couldn't make it.
