Hello everybody. As a Journalism student at Arizona State, I'm required to
report on a court story for credit in my JRN 301 Reporting class. I sat in on
a case yesterday. And fellow student and myself planned on attending a case
that just started. After we realized they were only doing jury selection. We
quickly walked into the next courtroom, where a murder case was going on.
After a recess, I found some of the case information on the records, but it
only showed what has gone on in the legal preceedings. My question is where
could I go or where to search on the Internet to find the background
information. I would of course need that to support the information I recorded
at the courtroom. I'm sure it was in the local newspaper when it occurred (2
years ago), but I can't find it on any newspaper archives. Can anyone help?
Thanks.
