Some Chat Room deny proxy server ?

Dear All:
We found some chet room deny proxy server to access them.
Why those chat room know clients ues proxy to access them ?? Does we
have method to pretent not using proxy ?
In our system,we use transpancy proxy so our clients can not disable proxy
server. However, many of chat rooms deny proxy to access.
Could someone please giave our some advises to fix this question
wiill be great.
