how to disable starttls for some specific clients only

Hi,
Is there any way to disable TLS but only for a few known clients?
The clients are other smtp servers that try to send emails to my server.
They are issuing STARTTLS but then some problem arises with TLS and they disconnect.
I have no ability to look for and/or change any configuration option on those servers (I also don't known what software they are running), so I'd like to disable TLS support just for them and leave TLS support enabled for others. How can I achieve it with postfix?
