TLS library problem: error:1408F10B

Hii everyone
i set up postfix + dovecot + letsencrypt, when i test with port 25 there is no problem, but when i test with port 587 there is problem when i use starttls command, first when i enetering tls it said ok, but when i try to send mail to test the connection was lost and i read warning in mail.log as following
mail postfix/submission/smtpd[9034]: warning: TLS library proble m: error:1408F10B:SSL routines:ssl3_get_record:wrong version number:../ssl/recor d/ssl3_record.c:332:
Am i missed some setting on the configuration ?
