Hi the group,

I've trouble to make function the mod_jk2 module with Apache-2.0.45 on
FreeBSD-4.8, after many tentatives I have always a message when the
apachectl configtest: mod_jk2.so: Undefined symbol "pthread_mutex_unlock".
I've read a solution in priori has not function, who was edited
httpd-2.0.45/build/config_vars.mk and emptys the content tag
line 108 (EXTRA_CPPFLAGS).
I tried to install the mod_jk2 starting from the sources
(http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat-4.0/release/v4.1.24/src/jakarta-tomcat-connectors-4.1.24-src)
and from starting compiled module
(http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat-connectors/jk/release/v1.2.0/bin/freebsd/i386/)
In all cases nothing function.
I didn't anything in the doc at
http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat-connectors/jk/release/v1.2.1/doc/
and any other like http://www.pubbitch.org/jboss/mod_jk2.html

Thank's for your help.

Whenever I've had that, it is always because I've got CFLAGS= -O3 -pine
in /etc/make.conf. Try it with -O -pipe instead.

Bill.
