Checkpoint: How to correctly migrate policy

Could someone please help ?
I need to transfer my existing checkpoint policy from one server
to another (NT). It seems like I can't simple File-Save and File-Open.
What is the right way to migrate ?

You should be able to copy your files from the $FWDIR/conf dir. You need
the objects.C and <current policy>.W file to complete the migration. Check
Point should have white papers to help.
