Just thought you maybe interested in taking a look at the following.

The Internet used to be an occasional story on the evening news, but in
the first five months of this year, we've seen stories on Internet
blackmail, distributed denial of service incidents and the "I LUV U"
bug and its progeny. Whose job is it to police the 'Net - the ISP, the
corporation or the individual? That's what we'll explore at the
upcoming "Internet Security: Whose Responsibility is it?" panel
scheduled on June 13.
