Pipeline 50 Dynamic Bandwidth

Hello all. Since upgrading my Pipeline 50 to 6.0.13(below #722000), I find
that Dynamic Bandwidth does not function. I changed no other settings and
upgraded using the Secure Connect Manager. Can anyone indicate a possible
reason for this problem?
