(ASCEND) Max4000 magically a 4048 after ascend HashCodes...

Thank you for your response, and sorry about the snarky tone of my previous
post.

After my boss managed to ge the number for the premium tech support, he managed
to get our call escelated (even thought we do *not* have a support contract)
and someone at Ascend was able to generate the codes for us.

I have had good response from Ascend, once I've been able to get to a tech
support personel. They are ALWAYS polite, and do their best to solve what ever
problem. I was miffed at the initial call operator who told me that it didn't
matter how many customers we have without service, or what kind of emergency it
is, it will just have to wait until Monday when someone has some time to call
me.
