Has anyone else had problems with SCM help? This is pretty quirky software
to begin with, but you'd think help wouldn't be that hard to make work!

We have installed SCM 3.02 on three machines, and help only worked on one of
them. I just upgraded to 3.03, and it still errors out! What gives?
