tape autochanger / libraries?

I currently use amanda with an Exabyte EZ17 and with an older Exabyte
210 library. I'm looking for a new library, but Exabyte is moving
away from the 10/7 tape "magazine", and instead using a silly
"carousel" model:

It's relatively inexpensive, but getting the tapes in/out looks to be
a nightmare.

I'd like to find a 10 tape library that makes use of an easily
removable magazine, around a TByte of total storage, and reasonably
priced (< $5k or so ).

If anyone knows/uses something like that, I'd sure appreciate the
info.
