Hello to the DC Food For All!
Today
we posted a recap of some highlights
from the past few weeks of the DC Food For All -- it's a good way to get an at-a-glance look at what's been happening on the blog. Many thanks to our
contributors, who've submitted an impressive range of content - and who
are themselves involved in all kinds of interesting things!
While I have your attention, here's two upcoming events:
First,
this sunday, (December 13 from 6-8pm), we're having a
potluck at Joni's house.
Nothing terribly elaborate. Bring something to contribute (a dish, a
drink, plates/silverware, helping hands) and an interested friend.
1412 Parkwood Pl NW (north of the Columbia Heights metro).
RSVP please, by replying to this email.
Second, our next
workshop! January 7th, from 530 to 8pm at Bread for the City NW. So
far, these workshops have been fun, yummy, and productive. This time,
we'll determine most of the workgroup issues in advance - so if you
might like to lead or participate in a specific session, think about it
and let us know. Also RSVP to that by replying to this email.
That's all for now! Enjoy this crazy festive month.
