Dear Mr. Janakiraman
As per the latest guidelines of MS University you have to apply to the
University when it advertises the vacancies and the university will
conduct a common test and select the candidates and allot them to the
guides who have vacancies.

M S University has issued the notification that "Till the vacancy
position is ascertained as per the new regulation which has come into
force w.e.f. 02-09-2009, the issue of application for doing Ph.D. is
temporarily suspended."
