Good Morning Dear Friends,

As requested by our fellow professionals i am attaching herewith my library"s Stock Verification Report - April/May-2014. for reference to all.

The data, values. and contents are the exclusive property of Menon College Library, therefore you are requested to refer to only structures and formats.

As per my knowledge there are no specific guidelines or formats issued or given by the Government or University or any professional body/ association.

The structure/ format used in my reports are as per my thinking and ideas. The improvements, suggestions, changes are always welcome.
