Guide faculty & students • Conduct workshops • Integrate AI & open-source tools into academics

Key Responsibilities

Guide academic staff and students in using open-source software and AI tools for libraries and research
Conduct interactive workshops and training sessions (online)
Collaborate with faculty to integrate Koha, DSpace, VuFind, AI tools, and more into the curriculum
Provide ongoing technical support and best-practice guidance to academic institutions

Requirements & Expertise

Strong hands-on knowledge of open-source library tools: Koha, SLiMS, VuFind, SubjectsPlus, Summon, DSpace, Calibre, Vivo, Fedora, ePrints, Mendeley, Zotero, Coral and other academic AI tools
Excellent communication and training skills
Previous teaching, workshop delivery, or technical support experience (preferred)
Passion for open-source technologies and academic library modernization
