Are there any screenshots of color graphics on Interlisp-D? Is the color logo in this AAAI 82 photo an actual monitor or just a sign?

Hard to say. That was the logo you got when starting a color sysout
though. I always closed it because it took up too much space.

Interesting, with the "color number finder" there does that mean color was indexed rather than "mixed" with RGB triplets?

Yes, those numbers are indices into the current colormap.
