to Medley Interlisp core
I can only speak for what I've seen and I have only joined recently but perhaps using Larry's goals mentioned in the meeting today I can state the following things:

I'm sure people can also contribute what they've helped with towards these goals.
Hopefully I'm not overstepping, but I wanted to say what I've noticed. Feel free to restate anything drop anything etc.

Pardon my typos etc,

*** Lower the barrier to entry ***
- Various questions answered on the Github discussion section.
- It was said by one new user that the team provided excellent responsiveness to questions in discussions. (Me, I said that)
- The source code to a simple puzzle game was provided with instructions in the Autumn Lisp Game Jam 2025 as an outreach. Thanks to the online Medley environment, new users got a very low friction exposure to using the system. (Feel free to reword)

*** Educate and inform users ***
- Paolo's work in blogging on various social media forums.
- Preservation of lost emails is a work in progress to provide historic context.
- (High level summary of the various website changes and document wrangling here - I'm ignorant of all the details unfortunately)

*** Fix bugs that interfer with people getting work done ***
- The Common Lisp LOOP macro was made more conformant to ANSI specification.
- Ongoing work is being done to modernize and restore fonts.

*** Make the system maintainable for people who aren't the Core Team. ***
- Some technical discussion about internals such as number boxing and also fast bitmap writing on Github.
