Hi,

The copyright is a standard IEEE thing I think? I don't know if the papers go into the conference without it. I didn't see different options in the rights management interface. If there is some issue I can message them and see what other options there are? They did not get back to us with the schedule or revisions on the history track until three days ago so this process is significantly more rushed than usual. I'm thinking probably not targeting this venue again in any case.

I'm sure it's a standard copyright assignment from IEEE and nothing special, but it's the first copyright assignment from Interlisp.Org to some other organization, and I want to review the restrictions it places on us for publishing the documents.

When IEEE supported the HICSS conference, it was required for authors to submit a Transfer of Copyright document to the IEEE.
 
I don't believe that has changed. It should be noted in directions to authors..
