I'm sure the committee would be very open to an Interlisp paper. The title is a bit misleading, as all sorts of Lisps are on-topic. They are interested in engineering papers ("experience reports") as well as pure CS papers and lightning talks.
The deadline is June 26, and the conference will be held on line.
