Fake a CRT monitor and travel back in time to your own D-machine running Interlisp-D, thanks to CRT View. This nice little retrocomputing tool available for Windows, macOS, and Linux lets you view any image with CRT filters applied.

Yuck.  It never looked like either of those -- these filters are adding color fringing, which was not possible on monochrome CRT displays, and rounding/distorting the corners, which was not an issue since the image was under the full size of the glass and the bezel covered the unused area.
