One immediately obvious thing here is "hourglass" icon. Some believe that it might have been the first OS to use hourglass mouse icon.

Did Interlisp-D's hourglass icon predate VisiOn? The 1983 edition of the IRM mentions it: when did Interlisp-D first ship with the hourglass? What about Alto or DLISP?

The Laurel manual included in the Sept 1979 Alto User's Handbook mentions an hourglass cursor. The Mesa debugger manual (May 31, 1978) does too.
