I'm looking forward to reading this report. I see it refers to four previous reports in the series that might be pertinent:

This is the fifth semi-annual technical report for Contract No. F30602-81-
C-0256. entitled "Research in Distributed Personal Computer Based Information
Systems." It covers work done between October 1983 and March 1984. The first four
semi-annual reports are BBN Reports 4924. 5301, 5395 and 5722.

And I wonder if there were later progress reports under this contract that also touched on Interlisp.

I only found this other report in the series: RESEARCH IN DISTRIBUTED PERSONAL COMPUTER-BASED INFORMATION SYSTEMS Vol I. Some of the screenshots don't seem to show Interlisp though, see for example from page 33 of the PDF: is this a Sun environment as hinted in the report?
