Mastodon user Weekend Editor worked at Symbolics (on an Interlisp compatibility library, among other things) and Harlequin. In a discussion thread he mentioned Harlequin MLWorks, an ML implementation and IDE sold through 2000 which the original developers later started to resurrect and revive. There doesn't seem to have been much recent progress though.
