Trying to install lispbuilder-sdl-image

When i try to install lispbuilder-sdl-image using quicklisp I get this message 

Undefined function CCL:CLOSE-SHARED-LIBRARY called with arguments (#<SHLIB SDL_image.dll #x21017A094D>
                                                                   :COMPLETELY
                                                                   NIL) .
   [Condition of type CCL::UNDEFINED-FUNCTION-CALL]

Two things:

Can you include a complete transcript (with a backtrace)? It's hard to tell what's going on from the message below. (Perhaps it'd be best to post this to pastebin and include a link; these can get quite long.)

Did you install the SDL_image C library (and put it somewhere your Lisp can find it)? On Linux you could use a package manager; on Windows/Mac you could download SDL 1.x from http://www.libsdl.org/ .
