Hi all,

Chicken 4.8.0.6 is now available for download:

This release fixes several bugs, including one which could result in
a runtime panic.

- The scheduler won't poll() on non-FD objects upon which threads are blocked.

- unsetenv has been fixed on Windows

Fixes a bug noticed by Sandra Snan.
