Ba Salam. Thanks for your message. I already talked to Mr Asnafi about
this venture. I believe before everything, you (the founding committe)
should carefully study the necessity of such an agency, as well as the
feasibility of its establishment. When?, where?, how?, who?, for whom?
and what? are some main questions that should be answered for
establishing such an agency, while you should be quite sure that this
is a necessary establishment. and all this means that you should do a
comprehensive study and survey in this regard.
One thing that I insist is to use the experiences of ISNA. You as
members of the founding committee of LISNA need to have a meeting with
authorities in ISNA and aske about their experiences and requirements
of the job. the same thing can happen here in Ahvaz. I asked Mr Asnafi
to contact ISNA-Khuzestan, and ask for the same information.
It is good that you have established a discussion group. this group can
give you some ideas and also provide feedback for you.
